Returns & Refunds

At Okell & Son Ltd & H&B Wholesale Ltd we strive to ensure our customers are satisfied with their purchases. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with a purchase, we invite you to review our policy on returns and refunds. The following terms apply to all products purchased from us.

Returns

Eligibility for Returns

To be eligible for a return, the following conditions must be met:

  • The product must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.
  • The product must be in its original packaging.
  • The return request must be made within 30 days of the purchase date.
  • Proof of purchase or receipt must be provided.

Return Process

To initiate a return, please contact our customer service at info@okells.co.uk with your order details. We will provide instructions on how to send your item back to us.

Shipping

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Refunds

Once we receive your return, we will inspect the item and notify you of the status of your refund. If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your original method of payment.

Refund Timelines

The time it takes for your refund to be processed and appear in your account may vary. Please allow for a period of 5-10 business days for the refund to be processed.

Partial Refunds

In certain situations, only partial refunds are granted:

  • Any item not in its original condition, damaged, or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
  • Any item returned more than 30 days after delivery.

Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange an item for the same product, contact us at info@okells.co.uk and send your item to: Okell’s Brewery, Distribution Centre, Kewaigue, Isle of Man, IM2 1QG.

Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a product that is defective or damaged, please contact us immediately at info@okells.co.uk with details of the product and the defect. We will work with you to resolve the issue promptly, including providing a replacement or refund if necessary.

Sale Items

Only regular-priced items may be refunded. Sale items are non-refundable.
